Production Process (bespoke & designer)

Step 1. Once payment & designs are in we will send your logo to be digitized so that it can be embroidered or printed. We will also review your specification and make any changes to create a final production artwork. This usually takes 3-5 working days.

Step 2. We will email the final production artwork to you for approval.

Step 3. The order is sent for production after your approval. Once the artwork is approved we can no longer make any additions or changes to the order. Depending on the complexity of the order it can take between 2 weeks to complete the order.

Step 4. Approximately one week before delivery, we will email you to complete the final balance so that the order can be dispatched as soon as it is finished.

Step 5. We will send you an email and provide a tracking number when your order is dispatched. We normally deliver overnight to mainland UK and international 5-7 working days.
